Place one tanning patch on your stomach for 8 hours. Morning, or night.
The patches will peel off from the packaging, making it super helpful for you to apply them to your skin. During the night is best advised for use, as the patches will not stay during shower time. There are 14 patches (2 in each sealant bag), meaning it’s a 2-week course, so as soon as you peel off your last, repeat the process at the same time each night.
Tan patches work gradually by releasing melanin, which is absorbed through the skin, and you will tan even faster if you use uv light and sunlight.
