Ready to start your tanning journey? Great! Just make sure your mixed MT2 solution, syringe, and alcohol swabs are ready. You’re just six simple steps away from your first shot:

1. Grab your mixed MT2 vial. Push the syringe needle through the center of the grey cap—just like when adding water.
2. Gently pull back the plunger and draw 0.1ml of solution l00 units on needle 
3. Clean the injection area on your belly—just a few centimeters from your belly button.
4. Pinch 1–2 cm of tummy skin (about four fingers from your navel). This helps you avoid going too deep.
5. Insert the needle into that pinched area at a 90-degree angle. If you’re slim, go in at 45 degreesMake sure it stays in the fatty layer (not deeper).
6. Slowly press the plunger to deliver the full 0.1ml. Once done, gently remove the needle.

And that’s it—you’ve taken your first MT2 jab!

Tip: If you’re sensitive, try micro dosing 0.05ml for the first 3–4 days, or double the water during mixing to ease side effects.
